Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral is a safe and non-invasive therapy, with a gentle and respectful approach. It is appropriate for people of any age and condition. Craniosacral is very effective in helping in the recovery from all types of traumas, such as those caused by an accident, injury or surgical operation. Because the contact is so subtle, it can be applied in those cases in which a direct manual intervention could be too invasive.

In December of 2018, I started giving workshops under the name of Craneo Uruguay.

Over the years my way of working has developed from a more mechanical way of working (familiar with Osteopathy) to a bio-dynamic way, a non-interference approach in which one orients on that what starts to unfold in the body-mind system in the safe holding environment of a session.

At this moment I am in Europe and I use the opportunity to deepen my abilities in this aspect of Cranio at the Karuna institute, directed by Franklyn Sills, a pioneer in the field.

The new series of workshops will be a deepening of the work I taught last year, with the emphasis on the way we begin contact and to our listening skills. Everybody with a sincere interest can participate in the workshops. Also people outside of the healing profession. I am glad to present Cranio outside of the so called therapy world, since I find it deserves a much more easy access and a broad application.

My intention with the workshops is to share this powerful healing to support people towards a more healthy and fulfilling life. It is in fact a training in presence, listening and sensing, in essence an awareness practice, that will have a wider influence on your life, beyond the setting of a session.

I will start presenting two new modules:

I. Introduction Cranio Sacral, 3 days
and
II. Deeping into Cranio Sacral, 3 days

At this moment I am working on the material that I want to share. Updates on this information can be found on facebook page:
