The first layer to practice awareness is the body. The body is an automatic machine.
Through being aware on the automatism, a conscious, balanced human being arises. The body is the first level to practice to be aware
since it is manifested in matter.
We will move into unknown body positions. Through seeing yourself in the mirror you will see how different certain positions
appear from outside than they feel from inside.
Through moving slowly, we are aware on the body, the visible matter. The awareness can then expand to the more energetic, the
emotions and finally to the etheric, the thoughts.
We will practice different Sacred Dances as well as Gurdjieff meditations. We bring our attention to different body parts.
We dive deeper into the realization that
Life is only real when I am.
I am not in the sense of a personality, but in the sense of presence. Reprogramming the mind, through remaining simply with
breathing in “I” and breathing out “am”.
